Does HLOS host my agent?

No. You deploy and run agents on your own infrastructure — AWS, GCP, Vercel, your laptop, wherever. HLOS provides the identity layer: passports, credentials, wallet, and audit. Your agent connects to HLOS via MCP server or REST API when it needs verified identity or secure capability access.

Why pay a markup on tokens?

The 12% platform fee covers vendor relationship management, credential isolation, metering, settlement receipts, and wallet infrastructure. You pay one bill instead of managing dozens of vendor contracts.

What happens if my wallet runs out?

Enable auto-reload and your agents never stop. Set a threshold ($5, $10, $20) and we automatically top up from your payment method.

Can I use my own API keys?

Yes. BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) is supported. Store them securely in HLOS and we'll inject them at runtime. No markup, just the platform fee.

How does the platform fee work?

The $20/mo membership unlocks full platform access. On top of that, each capability call includes a 12% platform fee on the provider cost. No hidden fees, no per-seat charges.
