How It Works

1

Incident Occurs

A security breach occurs due to an HLOS infrastructure failure (not user error or social engineering).

2

File a Claim

Contact us within 30 days with documentation of the incident and direct financial losses.

3

Get Covered

After verification, we reimburse your direct losses up to your plan's coverage limit.

Important Notes

Not covered: Losses due to user error, social engineering, phishing, credential sharing, or third-party service failures.

What is covered: Direct financial losses resulting from a verified HLOS infrastructure failure that leads to unauthorized secret exposure.

Claims process: All claims are reviewed by our security team and require documentation of both the incident and resulting losses.
